The very large 3-bedroom apartment has a modern and high-quality character. Quality beds and furniture, light and simple decoration as well as smart home elements such as heating control and lighting control to reduce environmentally resource-saving expenses such as electricity. In order to reduce additional resources such as bed linen cleaning, we have decided that only the bedrooms are open, which is sufficient for the number of booked guests, so for example only bedroom 1 and all other bedrooms will be open for up to 2 people closed, all rooms will only be available for you if there are 5 guests or more - this allows us to sustainably reduce the amount of water and energy used to clean bed linen in our accommodation. You can also prepare creative dishes yourself using our fully equipped kitchen, which is another highlight due to the proximity to grocery stores. In the living-bedroom there is also a small office corner with a desk, here you can carry out home office activities very comfortably, and there are no limits thanks to the fast internet via WLAN. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower and in the same room there is a side door to another toilet. A great deal of attention was paid to details here. The accommodation has no carpet, only high quality tiled floors in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The remaining rooms and the hallway have been equipped with a beautiful parquet floor.
