Smoking & open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the property/building
Events/parties are not allowed
Pets are not allowed
Quiet hours in the house from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m
Please pay attention to your neighbors so that they also get a restful sleep
Dispose of rubbish in the waste bins provided in front of them
Doors and windows must always be kept closed
Only use the fire extinguisher, first aid kit and fire blanket in emergencies
